Mission Linen and Uniform Service

Update: from original review 11/2021 I've worked at this place for a few years and its unbelievable the way things are being ran now.  The PM does not know how to conduct himself professionally. The PM will literally hire and fire anyone depending on his mood that day. The turnover rate at the Visalia plant is very high due to the way the PM is running it. He's really controlling and acts like he runs the place. A lot of people have quit due to him. Dont be surprised if Mission Linen Visalia is hit with  lawsuits from prior employees for allowing the PM to stress his employees out to the point where he's forcing people to quit. I've spoken to some of the employees at the Bakersfield and Fresno plant, based on what they've told me. I'd refer anyone that's interested in employment to work at one of those two.. stay away from ML Visalia its not worth it.

If you own a business and considering a company to service you - LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!MISSION ARE A RIP OFF !! Atrocious SERVICE!!! they do not care about small customers they only care about the big fish!!LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! NO ON MISSION!!!Trust me!!!!

We've been with mission for several years, in the beginning we didn't have issues, then they switched our driver numerous times and the problems began. For a brief time, we had a driver who cared, then he left for a better job, and it all got bad again. We were stuck in a 5 year contract we couldn't get out off. Uniforms were missing, or smelled horribly of deferential oil (we are pest control, not automotive) uniform shirts that had been turned in for repair with the sleeve in a knot so they would notice, were sent back to us still not repaired with knots still tied in the sleeves on numerous occasions. Pants that needed to be replaced due to large holes, were just poorly patched up. We gave them back asking for replacement, only to have them come back the next week. Logo and name patches were looking awful and after a year of asking, most still have not been replace. We deal with the public every day and our employees need to look professional, not raggedy. Finally our contract is up so we are free of the nightmare.
