Karen is fantastic! She takes the time to research several different policies, and then goes over them with you thoroughly to make sure you understand what you are looking at. She even discussed other options that she would not earn commission on, as a means of being helpful and looking out for her clients. I never felt pushed in any direction, or ever felt I was getting 'sold.' I would highly recommend meeting with her to discuss health insurance needs. She is the epitome of what it means to be professional.
