        We had a funeral today and we were told the flowers would be delivered at 8am. We got to the funeral and there were absolutely no flowers present. This was completely unprofessional.

      Sending you our most sincere apologies. Our newest delivery driver confused the funeral homes both located on Caldwell. Once we learned of the situation we attempted to remedy the situation and redeliver as quickly as possible. Again , we are very sorry for this unfortunate situation on a very difficult day.
