Diaz Family Child Care

This daycare is horrible!!!! when my kids where enrolled she was NEVER there when it was time for pick up ! It was always her husband which is weird also she has horrible Communication skills and will quit on you short notice She really is in it for the money and its sad ! Im happy my kids didnt stay long in this daycare because god know what could have happened !

Thankfully I didnt sign my children up. Horrible communication skills and very rude. I set up an appointment for 5pm to get my boys signed up, i got there a bit early yet she says to go ahead and park so I was waiting til 5 yet she never advised okay come on in! So I was out there waiting for a while and when I finally text her like hey should I reschedule and she just said ok. .. okay? Then when I told her never mind I dont feel comfort leaving my children somewhere where I cant get clear concise communication, she goes on to say its my fault because i didnt just go to the door yet she never invited me in! And I had told her my children were asleep! Good luck going with this lady sounds like she could careless and just in it for the money.

I absolutely LOVE this child care center. From the first moment I called, (looking for overnight child care for three kiddos) I felt comfortable. Tina was warm and inviting when I arrived to ask questions and get a view of the inside. My children spent 3 years in the care of Diaz Family Child Care. She had playground equipment and little tricycles. She fed the children snacks and/or a meal depending on my schedule. The first year I worked nights, I would drop my children off and get them tucked into the bunkbed Tina had provided and head to work. In the morning I would get off, sometimes after school started, and Tina and her helper would get my Children ready for and take them to school. (It was just down the street) When covid happened, Tina and her helper were troopers. They had so many children due to children being out of school. How they managed the child care and numerous children on long distance learning is beyond me. I was a little sad when my first child aged out , and when the last two aged out I felt like I was losing a friend. Because we were technically just clients. Over the last couple years we have chatted here and there and she remains a source of knowledge and inspiration to me. Also, normal business hours she has an open door policy so you can stop by anytime. Unless there is a special needs child in her care. Because then the door is locked for safety of the child. I HIGHLY recommend Diaz Family Child Care

Im so grateful we found Diaz daycare. They became like a second family to my daughter. I felt so comfortable and at peace throughout my workday knowing my daughter was in a good place with good people while I couldnt be with her. Thank you Diaz family, we love and miss you guys!
