When I go I don't ask, it's a little embarrassing since I don't understand much English, but this time I do want to say that I've asked several times and they treat me kindly and they helped me a lot and in my language, Spanish, one of them was called Daniela was kind and told me which were the best products since she just made me some highlights and my hair was quite processed and mistreated. She recommended a very good treatment, I thank her, because my hair came back to life, thank you Daniela for your help. Thank you for taking your time calmly and being kind to tell me. I think they should reward people like this so that they make an effort and do their job better so the store sells and earns more and they will have more satisfied customers who are happy to shop at Ulta It is not mandatory but it is nice when you are received with a smile and a warm and friendly treatment that motivates me to return and buy again in those places

Very snobby location! Asked what anti frizz / smoothing shampoo and conditioner would be equal to what I buy at the salon and both women acted like they had no clue. Looked down at me as if I was window shopping and couldnt afford the products. Said they dont know with a crappie look on their face! Wouldnt suggest or ask if they could help find something. I try to avoid shopping in store for this very reason. Im not going to dress up on my day off to get good customer service! Redken frizz dismiss was comparable without any help from their staff! As you can see Redken and others have anti frizz/Smoothing products. Darn sad when the staff doesnt know their products and treat you like youre a charity case! Im was a regular customer online.
