Forgot my ID to buy a beer, went back to get it and I am travelling since 1 Month around the US and first time my Swiss ID (which is written in English also) got rejected from the arrogant cashier for buying 1 Beer. I am nearly 40 and I look nearly 40. Arrogant and lack of customer service Avoid!

This is a corporate 7-11. The signage says Valero but thats only because it was recently bought. The store is waiting for the gas contract to run out before transitioning to 7-11 signage. Only 4 starts because its a little small for a 7-11 and has limited items as a result.

2:30 am they have an issue about where you park on the side facing roller town. Somehow tbh at was worth leaving the store unattended for a 2 min stop lol then grabbing my credit card while it was inserted instead of asking.

Poor customer service, they will make you leave for parking the wrong way at the gas pump. I will take my business elsewhere. Since it wont let me respond to you. All diesel pumps were blocked by other cars and a fedex truck. I circled around the back and parked at the outside pumps heading west. I have done this for over 25 years at this store. A dark haired guy came out yelling at me that I went the wrong way. I proceeded to tell him that I have done this for years. I also told him that I am about to pump $200 in diesel, like I do once a week. He stated to me that if I want fuel I will need to turn my truck around. I asked him to get a manager or owner and he refused. The man then proceeded to go back into the store and turn the gas pump off. This employee lost you a $1,000 a month customer.. I wont be back
