    By far the WORST dealership we have encountered. We have been all over central and southern California, purchasing and selling cars for over 15 years. After having everything in line based on the listing, photos, video and speaking with and emailing the sales staff.. We arrived ready to purchase. But wait: They did not state they were not on the Hyundai lot where it was advertised. They are about a half mile east of that location. Nevertheless, we arrived to see the car located in the front of the dealership with the top down on a VERY hot day. Black interior. The Car was FILTHY. Inside and out. The engine was caked over with dirt, as was the surrounding area under the hood. There was a used comb in the interior. The drivers side visor was broken off. The front passenger fender and blinker were damaged with the light dangling down. Under the hood in the front on the same side was broken. There were dings, scratches and blemishes all over the vehicle. One of the hub caps was so damaged, it was bent out from the wheel. The salesman, Dom, was clueless. We said we were walking and he said he would give us his card. We wanted his card to lodge a formal complaint, after driving for over an hour and forty minutes to get there. Instead the brought his "Sales Manager" out who swiftly defended the car and offered to show us another vehicle. They had no other models of this type on their lot and this was the one were were there to purchase. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

    I would NOT recommend this place or choosing anyone other than Ryan or Miguel to work with. I did talk to Steven, the manager who was nice trying to help figure out what went wrong after which is why I'm giving them 2 stars. I drove 2 hours since they had a car I wanted and a great price but it was almost like they did not want to sell it to me. I worked with Miguel and Ryan (assistant manager). I told Miguel I was on a time crunch when I arrived but knew the car I wanted. When I first arrived I made sure to ask them to start processing my car I was trading in so I would know the value they are offering me since I was very serious about this purchase. After telling me they were getting that done and still processing it they had not even started that, I was there an hour at this point and wanted to run my credit before giving me that info. Then after giving Miguel the numbers I wanted to stay around both him and Ryan said they could work with that and would run my information to give me a call later with numbers I was looking at for this car. They never followed up and I had to call them back. Unfortunately I then talked to Ryan, he claimed the manager was to busy to look at my paper work and couldn't give me information. He was asking me for the numbers I wanted to stay around (this information was already discussed), started telling me numbers his manager had given him (so he did look at my paper work?) which were BEYOND ridiculous for the price of the car and not at all the numbers we discussed. Then he tells me they never actually ran my information like they said they would. I'm not sure if it was because I was a women car shopping alone, they enjoy the games, or think that I was so uneducated with the price and car purchase they can get extra money from me but I was extremely disappointed with the time I wasted there and the games played. I would not recommend them and if interested in a car there look into other sales associates and talking to the other manager who tried to help after this awful experience.

    This dealership I do not recommend. They sold my niece 3 cars. The second car they took back due to mechanical problems. The 3rd is being brought back to service on 6/27 for a broken sunroof. This sunroof has broken several times and has been replaced per the dealership and its broken again. We arrived to the dealership this morning but they said to come back tomorrow please. Ridiculous! We bought a 3900.00 service contract for 3 years to cover everything. The car we have owned for 2 or 3 months. We would like to cancel this sale of the car and get our money back. 3 cars purchased and 2 with mechanical issues. The finance department the rudest I have ever dealt with. Asked me 4 times if he could help me and I reluctantly told him the issues and he replied that the California right of rescission applies here. Even more ridiculous!!! Praying to the one and only true God for help. God bless!!!

Nevertheless, we arrived to see the car located in the front of the dealership with the top down on a VERY hot day.
Black interior.
The Car was FILTHY. Inside and out. The engine was caked over with dirt, as was the surrounding area under the hood.
