Nobody wants to do this program but I can honestly say, the counselors and staff made the experience very pleasant. At the end of the program I truly felt that I was a better person after completing the program. Brittney, Suki, Yasmin, and William were all very professional and accommodating. I really appreciate all of their efforts in helping me shuffle my schedule around so I could complete all of my classes on time. As for the counselors, they were all very nice and really made me feel as a part of the group. Id like sincerely thank each and every one of them. Overall, I had a really good experience and would highly recommend this particular program.

I chose Jackson Bibby for my first DUI offender course because they offered classes through zoom and Im so happy that I did. The front office staffs kindness and efficiency made the process much easier and I actually ended up getting a lot out of something I was dreading doing. Tommy was my counselor and if you want to do yourself any favors, make sure you get him. This is an expensive course and its of much more value to put yourself in a situation where youll actually gain something from the experience rather than just throw all of that money away to satisfy an obligation. That is what Tommy provided to me, an experience that left me walking away with my money and times worth. I learned of and grew in areas that I definitely didnt expect to in a dui course. I highly recommend Tommy and Jackson Bibby to all!

very unprofessional... never answer the phone... took my money... zoom never worked had no assistance when i needed help with zoom...

Just recently completed this program and I would genuinely like to thank the whole staff for this experience. Tommy made it easy to resonate with the program by allowing us to have our own Belief systems that not only allowed us to take in information but also share our own. I also wanted to thank the admin girls Brittany and Yazmin because they put up with my hectic work schedule and never seemed to have complained, thank you guys so much!
