Best Smog Shop in the High Desert! Been to many shops around here and Roy is 100% the best. Only negative reviews on here are people whose cars didnt pass which is completely out of his control! And if for whatever reason your car doesnt pass Roy is very knowledgeable and will help with suggestions on what repairs or services the car may need. Thanks Roy!

Brought in my car for smog test none test only without any lights or check engine light on and this guy that helped me, did the smog test and unfortunately my car didn't passed. He was going to charged $60 but because it didn't passed he charged me $51 and stated because it didn't passed he was giving me a discount. Now my car has a check engine light and bunch of codes that this guy mention which I explained my car for many years have always legit passed the smog test without any problems. I am very upset because this older men returned the car back to me with a check engine light and bunch of codes that will make my car not pass the smog test. Also there was another customer there that stated to me that he wasn't supposed to charged when a vehicle don't pass the smog test, which this customer left this place right away after I was charged for my car not passing the smog test. Base on what the other customer stated to me, I feel I got ripped off and this older man (owner or employee) ruined my car. For everyone that can read this, please don't go or visit Tri-City Smog in Victorville on hwy 18. You will get ripped off and screwed. Also if I could give negative five starts to this place, I would.
