I recently was dealing with Sam Malek and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite speed and the impeccable service. Sam was attentive and knowledgeable ensured that my papers and everything was correct and sent in time, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring my satisfaction. I cant recommend Sam Malek enough for a fantastic service experience. I had really bad experience with bank of America no one wanted to put any offered to work the loan or see what can be done. he was great and did all the papers and followed up and help me fix a lot accesses I didn't even know about.

Sam is an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, everything is terrifying--you're supposed to become a general contractor, real estate expert, financial whiz, and understand why the fed is raising or lowering interest rates just to buy a home. His ability to break down and clearly explain complicated topics is unmatched. He came to every meeting prepared and ready with thoughts on how to best achieve our goals. His live presentation style is very helpful in walking through the process in a digestible way. He is extremely knowledgeable in his subject matter but, more importantly, He operates with integrity. We met with other lenders who had more deceptive practices around rates/costs. In contrast, Sam was transparent about every term and followed through on everything He said he would do for us. It's clear through his words and actions that ethics is a priority in how he does business. Overall, I would, without hesitation, recommend Sam to family and friends.
