Experience was ok until check out time security guard was disrespectful , rude and un apologetic, male clerk didnt do his job and allowed him to disrespect me. I dont understand why he felt he had to do someone elses job. Will not be returning to this place. Pool is very old need immediate renovation, plus jacuzzi was cold and doesnt work properly, I was recommended but nope not again.

Employees were nice at first, bit by the end of our stay most of the staff became quiet rude towards us. They even sent a security guard to knock on our door about alleged "issues" with our room, which was widely inappropriate not to mention untrue.

Front desk lady was not friendly. Rooms are run down, gross and smell like cigarette smoke (non smoking hotel). Hot tub was too cold and dirty. Pool was too cold to swim in. Walkability: Close to steak and shake which was good for dinner.

Rooms: They Never give you discounts even if they give you mildew smelling carpet room . You can spend 3000 , get your clothes stolen , No Security, so fear for your safety and they still will take your deposit and never get a deal . Even after spending 3000 if u accidentally sleep in and only have the room reserved they will call the police and ban you from renting again . BE CAUTIOUS , They just don't care about their guest..
