So far, between the nurse not calling back when she says she will "if at all" to the office not returning your calls. A Few days can pass , try again and hopefully someone that transfers you to another person that might answer the phone will look into it and will call back with a 50/50 chance of taking care of it asap. Already have wounds and not trying to miss any visits or supplies can be frustrating. Everyone is very polite and passing the blame. Glad this is just wound care visits and Not End of life Hospice. This would be very upsetting for the family.

Hermana Chavarria was such a blessing to my family and I! She has been a blessing to us for many years. When we lost my husband, our family lost a brother, an uncle, a grandpa & friend! Hermana Chavarria not only brought comfort but also blessed us with a lot of delicious food at a time my family and I could not even function! We are so very grateful for everything she has done for us!

Amazing, there really on top of things when it comes to your care, just communication is key! They have really good report with the doctors and other staff around the high desert which makes things so much easier and care gets taken care.
