        Theyre not billing correctly and are not up to date with dental insurance policies so this is making the patient pay out of pocket for things that should be covered under their plan. So if you decide to come here make sure you know what your plan does and does not cover. Also it seems like there is a lack of communication between staff. Why am I having to remind staff about the procedures that we discussed during my check up, this should all be in my chart.
