"NOEL" Let me say, this chick went ABOVE and beyond for me today! From the professionalism on the telephone, to instore and personal! I couldn't have asked for more! Very knowledgeable, curtious and professional at the same time! I am what you call a VERY satisfied customer! One thing about me, I don't mind shopping, but when the customer service is this pristine l, YOU will always have me as a customer! Noel, girl I hope you see this! And if u ever leave this footlocker location let me know where your at! I'm coming with you! Thank youuuu so much! You're much appreciated!!! Had such an amazing experience all thanks to a kind young man named Fernando. Even though he was on his lunch break (Subway) he still managed to help me find the shoes that I have been so eager to get my hands on! I finally now own the pair of sneakers I have always wanted thanks to Fernando. I will definitely be coming back to this place again.

The manager (black lady behind counter) at this location is very rude. I went in to return some shoes with a hook-and-loop closure defect that were only worn once by my son. After wearing once that feature broke, making the shoe to loose to wear. All I wanted was an exchange for a non-defected pair. She gave me a very nasty attitude and wouldn't exchange. After spending over 100 dollars on a pair of defected shoes the least they can do is apologize and return my money or offer exchange. Other staff was very understanding and nice, they need a new manager. No customer skills what so ever.
