I'm very glad to have a team like Sonic IT Systems on my side. Anytime I have a question it is quickly answered and in a professional manner. Communication is very nice phone calls emails to start then there are follow-up calls and emails on every trouble ticket submitted. Glad to be working with Sonic IT Systems.

It's been a while since I had to use my company's IT services but as always, Sonic helped me quickly. Diego was very polite & kind, & helped me resolve my issue efficiently so I could get back to what I was trying to do with minimum delay. Thanks Sonic.

I used sonic for many years. Then when I wanted to cancel my monthly service I was told they had removed my router and firewall when they installed their own. They want their Proprietary equipment back now. I told them to install another router for me and take their equipment back. I offered to pay for them to do that too. Unfortunately they refused to install a router, so now I am stuck with their equipment and they wont even supply the usernames and passwords for that equipment for me to switch it out. So I am stuck. Buyer beware. Everything is fine till you cancel then they hold you hostage for their equipment and you cant get into yours because the password problem.
