        Took them 20 min to get me drinks . Had to pay for refill while the drink was like 4 oz The food was stale and hard. My French toast tasted old The hash brown ( something thats easy to make ) was hard and so stale. It tasted like plastic. The size portion is not worth the price.

        I did an online order and never received my food because the IHOP was closed during opening hours due to the worker being late but I never received a refund. I have contacted the staff regarding this and still have not received my money back or food. Such bad customer appreciation. I was a regular until this happened.
