        I JUST got off the phone with this company and the lady giving me a qutoe was VERY rude and apparently could care less about getting a new customer wih three cars, drivers and home. She needs to work on her people skills.

        Great Customer service at this location in particular. Karla Chaparro who's the agent here, went beyond my expectations. I called Freeway insurance to do a small modification on my policy, but went Karla saw how much I was paying she said, "WAIT, LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU" and see if I can save you some money. AND IN NO TIME she was back on the line giving me great news by saving a lot of money. And that is something that I appreciate because not a lot agents do that. KUDDOS to KARLA. I highly recommend coming to this location because you will be saving a lot of money on your car insurance.
