I love this location! I went in yesterday with my two little nieces 4 and 3. Theresa was so incredibly kind, helpful and just a real gem. She helped me find what I wanted and was so friendly and cute with my nieces who were checking everything out, including themselves in the giant mirror. It's not often you find customer service like this. I will be back in on myNext visit to Ventura

I love the Ventura M Fredric store! Lexi is the best and I adore Annette! Always find cute clothes and accessories. Store always looks great. Awesome retail therapy!

We were in Ventura shopping and I  decided to stop in M.Fredric store.  I have never been in one and at  first I didn't think I was going to find anything and was going to leave  when a nice salesperson named Alexis N. came up and asked if I needed  help.  Honestly, I didn't think anyone was going to help me but she  persisted and was very nice and genuine.  I ended up leaving with two  outfits and will be a continuing customer, even if it's online. Thanks  Alexis N. at the Ventura location for being wonderful at your job.  You  made the experience a pleasant one and I love my new outfits :)

Everything are well priced and kept in orderly fashion as much Possible. This store was clean, spacious, well-stocked, and with a great variety.
