Would of been nice business return phone call.  Really annoying local business too good for small business helping another small business.

I had a dual pane window broken by a softball, as well as two other windows with interior staining. I was looking to get all three of the dual pane window's glass replaced. So I shopped around and found Pure View to be a reputable company worthy of consulting.. Dayle was friendly and scheduled Brain to come measure in a timely manner. Everything was going fine until she wasn't able to give me a total project cost out the door. She supplied a materials cost, but couldn't give me an installed cost. Strange. They're Milgard windows and the installer Brian seemed very knowledgeable. I called back a few days later and she said she would get a hold of Brian and get back to me asap with a cost. A few more days go by and I call back to no answer. I call back again the next day and still no answer. I would expect to be ghosted if I was rude, but that was not the case. Is this how professionals these days conduct business? Center Glass Company got my business.

I had a fantastic experience with Pure View Windows and Doors and want to give credit to Brian and Dayle for their excellent communication, being on time and on budget, and just overall great people to work with. If anyone needs new windows or doors, they are highly recommended - they replaced every window and door on one of our properties and the experience went perfectly.

Excellent customer service by the lady working in the office (I think her name was Dayle??) The person who came to install the doors and windows was very professional and thorough. He took time to make sure the area was clean before and after the install. We have a very old house (100yrs) that has required a lot of custom details and Pure View has been able to accommodate these odd needs flawlessly. More windows are definitely in the future for us by these awesome folks!!!

I had called a couple of window and door places and both opted out because they did not know how to install or order the correct windows for our old house. Dayle, Brian and Harley are just superb! Dayle guided us Thru the complicated process of getting all new doors and windows for our house and we are now buying all of our closet doors from them as well. Dayle won't give up till she finds the right fit and fair price for all of your needs. Brian and gang are really great, always on time, worked like dogs and came up with solutions for difficult problems. Often went above and beyond and did extras to help us out! Can't say enough about this great company, we felt safe and in good hands with all of them.
