        When I arrived and said I had an appointment, the gentleman at the register said that he "could not hear [me] clearly on the phone, so [he] just made an appointment for that time slot rather than repeat 'what?' 'What?' 'What?' over and over again." It was not busy, I was the only one in the waiting room, as I wrote above I had an appointment which I was on time for, and it still took an hour and fifteen minutes to get a simple oil change. During that time, I was not updated on the progress nor told of any issues. I was ignored!
