        I sent two packages. One of them was delivered. The other one wasnt its now a week later it still has not been delivered. I was only given the option to do USPS, which was absolutely inaccurate. I had another associate later on after I went into do a follow up tell me that they could have used UPS. If I wanted to use UPS, I would have gone to the USPS Location. Now Im given a general number to call USPS, and nothing else can be done. Terrible terrible terrible customer service the individual who was helping me out was distracted by her dancing, the music in the background, other customers and her multitasking because of her inability to multitask there are issues with a time sensitive package.

        Pearl at the UPS Store on Telephone & Petit in Ventura is so knowledgeable that I felt like I was at a Lawyers office while she executed our documents as a Notary. Pearl is professional and efficient while preforming her duties as a Notary. The UPS Store is set up with so many other options like printing, mailing Amazon returns and many more services. We will def it let we going to the UPS Store for all future business. Thank You Pearl
