UPS Customer Center

I was suppose to have an iPad and keyboard delivered. Value $1995. The driver came to my door 7:30pm knocked, waited 30 seconds and posted a note re attempt delivery tomorrow. I see him in ring taking package back after one light knock and 27 seconds waiting for me to get downstairs. The next MORNING they tell me they cannot find my package. I speak with Janeen at wharehouse who states he was a new driver on my rout and always leaves too soon. Well now that driver is saying he went back to the yard left my iPad and keyboard on his truck and surprise, surprise my item is no where to be found. Janeen says it has been stolen in her yard and file a claim! She says I cannot speak with her manager and she can no longer speak with me. I am utterly disgusted at the service, professionalism and character of this ups. Don't ship ups!!!!

Lazy. Out of 3 employees in the front office. They couldn't find my pakage that has been sitting there for 3 days. Zero effort to help. LAZY. I FOUND IT MYSELF ON A CART SITTING IN THE OFFICE. Packages 3 days old just sitting in the office. LAZY

UPS couldnt deliver my package because of a problem they had so they diverted my package to this pick up location, in a different city. Yes thats right, a different city. On top of that theyre only open four hours a day, M-F. Let me take a vacation day so I can pick up my misdelivered package.

I, have a security door where you either need to have a code or you have a key and that didn't happen they came by but they didn't drop it off and I kind of freaked out because I, needed that gift for a baby shower the next day so my Son, rushed me over to their office and thankfully, I was able to get the package!! I, was totally thankful and grateful for the town, I live in for over 60yrs. Okay, bye for now
