ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THE OLDER FELLA WHO WORKS THERE MOST OF THE TIME IS SO COOL,ILL KEEP MY STORAGE UNIT JUST TO GET TO TALK TO THE DUDE! AS FOR THE PLACE ITSELF ITS CLEAN,OUT OF THE WAY AND SECURE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY IN THE WEST VENTURA ,CASITAS SPRINGS AREA.

Where should I start? I know the positive. Facility is small in turn not a lot of traffic. Mostly drive up outside units, very clean, managers on site daily. Fairly safe place to store property. Negatives, manager is Incompetent when it comes to paper work repeatedly losing my file with my emergency contacts, property insurance, and payment methods. Manager goes overboard confronting when on site and asks about personal information, business work schedule and about family members. Threatens eviction because being on site longer then a hour. And accuses renters of running a business out of storage units. Entrance and exit gate works intermittently unable to access multiple times in the month.
