Brophy Bros.

Soooo, we went for the crab cakes since my wife was craving, but sadly, due to high price, no longer offered. Ordered the pasta, it was meh and we kicked ourselves for not ordering what everyone had on their plates: fish & chips. Their rice pilaf was dry and clam chowder was ok with lots of clams, surprisingly. Service was great. It's upstairs and there is an elevator that opens next to their entrance.

Very busy, maybe 10-15 minutes wait time. Seating limited. Had fish and fries, ample servings, could only eat 1.5 pieces of fish, plenty of fries. Enough leftovers for 2 more meals.

Enjoyed the meal and the view of the harbor. It was busy and the servers didnt have much time to spend checking on how things were going, if you needed anything.

Each time weve come to Brophy Bros we have felt ignored and unseen. As African Americans this felt very uncomfortable. Every single time waiters have walked by us until we have to stop someone to ask for service. NOT COOL! (At all) We came today in Easter Sunday with reservations. We still waited 15 minutes to even addressed at our table. Food: We absolutely LOVE the clam chowder and Oyster Rockefeller.. however today we also tried the Shrimp Scampi ! NOT good at all. No flavor and it came with a thickens bland floury gravy. How can you mess up Shrimp Scampy? Can you consider bringing back your crab cakes? We may give it one more try.. It doesnt hurt to smile
