I am a very frequent customer I shop here all the time and I came in yesterday to return some items and the was a man working there he was rude and I just feel very uncomfortable and its not the same staff the old staff was super friendly and welcoming definitely not shopping here anymore I rather drive to Camarillo that store is way better

The staff here is always so so sweet and helpful. I recently went in to try on some clothes and pick up an online order. There was a mix up with my dead name on my order and they crossed it out and put my name and that just meant a lot to me. Thanks for being so awesome
