Domino's Pizza

Had a really confusing experience last night from this location. I placed an order at 11:44pm, about 15 min before the store closed. The Dominos tracker said being prepared, then a couple min later it said in the oven, then right away after it's in the oven it tells me it's already out for delivery ?? So I already knew that was inaccurate, but I waited around for my order nonetheless. So I check again on my delivery status around 12:15am at this point it says "hope you enjoyed your delivery" as if it was delivered. It never typically says that, it always says when the driver is entering the neighborhood, and then another final notification saying they're pulling up, so I was super confused and tried calling the store multiple times to check on my order, but every time I call its saying they're closed for the day. So I take that as they are closed for the night, and ordered something else on Uber eats app. As im waiting for my Uber eats order, Dominos comes banging on my door at 1:40am . An hour after I ordered, and 40 minutes after they said they're closed, I told him I called and couldn't get ahold of them and that the tracker told me it was already delivered which was confusing so I can't take the order anymore. He looked very frustrated and said " okayyyy.... " and also mentioned they tried calling me multiple times which doesn't make sense why would they call the customer if there were no issues? So he lied to me, they need to make sure they have the correct statuses on their tracker from now on, stop trying to rush and push the buttons because it confuses the customer when it jumps fast from " in the oven " to " out for delivery" that's wrong. I also used my 30 reward points for a dessert last night that I haven't gotten back and he didn't offer to leave with me even though it was free. Smh

After 50 minutes, order not started. No callback or order update provided. I called the store only to be told the order would be ready in 20 minutes? Cancelled order. No offer to make it right next time. I'll go with Toppers Pizza next time ...
