I love the product but am very disappointed in the customer service. Its really frustrating because it is driving away loyal customers to other brands. Whats the sense of sending online adverts to customers when orders cannot be fulfilled and customer service says that they are too busy to service customers??? That is the exact situation. When I called the Ventura store told me its messy because they are moving their warehouse. I had an order a few weeks ago (paid online) and never received the product. I would have had significant purchases these last weeks but had a 1 star customer service experience so I bought nothing as a result. Poor business management

I loved this store in person and so did my son who recently moved to CA. However, I ordered a Christmas present for him on Oct. 22 and it's now Nov. 24 and I have yet to receive my item. My payment went through and when I inquired about the order status I received an auto reply saying something to the effect of .....you know we moved and we are sure your order will be out of the door soon. That was 3 weeks ago. Iron & Resin needs to work on their customer service move or no move. If I don't receive a reply soon my next step I suppose is the BBB. Unfortunate as they have a great store with great items. Signed, very disappointed customer.

Quality goods, poor management and customer service. Instead of letting me know the belt I ordered was out of stock, they just sent me the wrong size. It took over a month to arrive from when I ordered it. It also looks scuffed up up on arrival.
