Kara Parker Allstate Insurance was is amazing!! I got in a small fender bender with a very dishonest person who claimed I did all sorts of damage to their car! I called Kara Parker in tears and told her my side of the story and Allstate fought for me!! Rarely does that happen with insurance companies! They usually just end up settling! They worked to uncover the truth and I only had to pay for damages to his car I was at fault for. The customer service was amazing!! Thank you for standing by me!!

Very poor Customer Service. Asked for Our insurance ID card and was sent an expired card. Card was needed for daughters driving test! Looking for a new insurance company if you know a good one out there!
