I recently purchased a NEXA 3D printer, XIP and I have been extremely disappointed with my experience. The printer itself is unreliable and constantly malfunctions, causing me to waste hours and materials on failed prints. The customer service/support system for this company is a mess. Trying to get a simple issue resolved takes far too much effort and involves an endless back-and-forth exchange of emails. The representatives seem to have limited knowledge and are unable to provide proper solutions. The process is slow, frustrating, and inefficient, leaving me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. It's unacceptable that I have to jump through so many hoops just to get basic support. I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service in the future, because as it stands, it's a complete letdown.
The lack of support has left me feeling frustrated and helpless, and I would not recommend this product to anyone. If you're in the market for a 3D printer, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere and invest in a more reliable and well-supported brand.

Nexa3D's LSPc technology has proven to be extremely fast and accurate. I have 13 years of 3D printing experience, and this technology ranks up there with the best of them. The speed is unmatched, allowing multiple iterations per day.
If you're in the LA area and have a chance to visit, you should schedule a demo time where they will walk through this incredible technology with you. If you're not in the LA area, I believe they offer online live printing demos as well.
