We have an electric fireplace that stopped working and we were worried that we wouldnt be able to find anyone to fix it but our TriCounty Services technicians were able to quickly fix it and diagnose the problem! They were so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. They are also very nice and professional, even our dog loved them. Would highly recommend this company :D

TriCounty Services is the most professional, polite company I can ever remember working with. They replaced my office HVAC this week - a much bigger job than I realized. I am very happy. Thank you all!

Silver and Martin , The two technicians who came out to repair our shower, did excellent work. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient, courteous and polite. Would definitely recommend them, and this company again. Couldnt add additional review, could only add to this one. Had silver come out for one more issue, and he diagnosed it and solved it. Great company!

Having to retract my original review is unfortunate and i hate doing so but its due to the unit the next day turning off. We paid near $1700 for 3 visits ( 2 consultations, 1 mother board replacement, 2 thermostats )...and still a heating an ac unit that doesn't work. The future cost for them to work on it is a minimum of 7800-22k and higher. I rely heavily on reviews when deciding who to work with so for me its important to say the facts of our experience. We are also un able to return the material installed that does not work. So we are $1700 further away from what is needed to get our ac and heating going. We did appreciate their nice communication to start but feel disheartened by the outcome. Happy others may of had a better experience. We will be going with another company.
