The hotel staff was very nice to me and helped me to make arrangements, I don't speak English very well. The room was nice, clean and big.

Front desk workers were AMAZING. Super friendly and gave me the quietest room from a long day of driving. I believe her name is Brianna or close to that (I suck at names). She was wonderful, called up to my room to make sure it was quiet enough for me. Room is nice and clean as well. Give that lady a raise!

The manager of this establishment will not abide by the company's cancellation and refund policies if you need to cancel within the allotted time frame. I cancelled my reservation well before the 48 hours that was specified within the terms and conditions that I agreed to when I booked the reservation. When I called about the cancellation, even the kind individuals at the front desk of this hotel indicated that they could see that I had cancelled prior to the cut off date and they would send the message along to the manager. Eventually, Choice corporate office gave me her email address since I had not heard from her or received a refund. I tried to get in touch to get my refund processed. When that didn't work, I reported the situation to the Better Business Bureau in California. They reached out several times and never heard back from her. Of course I just ended up cancelling my upcoming reservation because I do not trust this establishment now at all! So now I am down $619.50 that was never refunded, I didn't get to take my kids to Ventura, and I have new medical bills. Just be careful about giving this place your money. Edit: I updated to add evidence that I cancelled on December 9th and the reservation stated that I had until December 31st to cancel and receive a refund.
