Place is small, walked in to get some information. The guy in there just asked if I was there for the class I said NO, its my first time I would like some information and checking the place out. And he just walked away no one else was there to assist. So dont come here to waist you time!!!!!!

This place is awesome. They really care about you and your progress. I have done 5 classes and feel very comfortable. The classes are small which is cool because you get more of a one on one type training. Everyone there is makes you feel welcome. I'm in my mid 50's and don't feel pressured to keep up with younger ones or the ones that have been going for a long time. Love it.

The gym is very clean. The instructor (kevin) is knowledgeable and friendly. He does a great job at catering the class difficulty to my needs. I also value the nutrition information that I receive in class. I would recommend this gym to all levels.
