Wildscape Restoration

I have the privilege of working at Wildscape Restoration. The atmosphere is very positive and movtivating. Its nice to go to work and be surrounded by genuinely happy people. Plus, I am always learning something new and growing new skills. The work/home life balance thing is also in play. Its refreshing to find a place that cares about you as a whole person, not just an employee!

Good company but what makes this place great is the people they are friendly strong hard working folks that will help you in a heart beat plus they know what they are doing!

Terrible place to gain any experience, this is a land scape company taking federal funds from people who know native habit and know what they are doing...your Formans only plant experience is growing weed, your crew leads have less than 1 year experience in the field and your boss is no help. They will pay you as little as you will accept and ask more of you, would not recommend.. ask them why there 5 year projects are not complete

I worked for wildscape for about 5 months and thought that it was a great experience. First of all, the company took the time and resources to train me in a number of diffrent fields such as but not limited to: herbicide application, species recognition, chain saw training, and planting. The main things that the company looks for in crew members is competency, positive aditude, and hard working individuals; this has left an All-star crew that is alot of fun to work with. In the end I would recommend Wildscape to individuals who are hard working and self driven looking to restore natural ecosystems around ventura County!
