Good friendly people take very good care of my husband but no one answers the phone and mail box stays full makes it hard to reach them.

My mom went for in center treatment early in the morning for approximately 2-3 weeks. Gerry who works greeting customers is very friendly and helpful. From the dietitian, charge nurse to the nurses/techs everyone was really nice and made my mom very comfortable. They also have an amazing "home" training department where they will show you how to do either peritoneal or hemodialysis at home. It is an intense 4 week, but they want to make sure you know what you will be doing. The 4th week was done at home after they set us up with the portable hemodialysis system and supplies. Nurses Jules and Lupe were there for me with any questions. I have nothing but praise for these ladies as I am now doing the treatments at home. My mom feels better and more comfortable here at home. We do the treatments 4 times a week with flexibility of picking the time at our convenience and around our schedule. We love it. Patricia always greets us with her warm and caring personality. I highly recommend Fresenius Kidney Care!
