Scooters BBQ & Catering

We were referred to Scooter by a friend to cater our outdoor wedding. Scooter was easy to work with, communicative, timely, and oh boy was the food yummy. The chicken was moist, the tritip was flavorful, and there were a variety of sides to choose from. In addition to the food, they provided plates, utensils and napkins for guests. There were 100 guests and we had plenty of food for seconds. Thank you Scooter and team!

I was at a big event with a local thrift store and Scooters caterer it. They rolled up in a mobile kitchen and cooked everything right there. It was some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time. Chicken, Tri-Tip and Pork. With many delicious sides and killer bread. The food was cooked to perfection and his people were there serving. They were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I actually talked with the owner last night and he's a good guy. If you are having any kind of get together this summer, call him up and they'll come to your house and cook. It will be the party of the year

So today Scooters catered the 51st class reunion of Class of '70 from both Buena and Ventura High Schools.  (They had to skip their 50th last year for obvious reasons.)  The food was fantastic!  The chicken was so tender and juicy and flavorful.  The tri-tip was available from rare to almost well done, but it all tasted perfect.  There was plenty of food for our group and enough for some leftovers to go.  The meal was served on time and efficiently.  Hope they can cater an event for us soon.

If I can give a 4.5 I would...let's start with the space inside in the restaurant, way too small and gets crowded super quick. Felt a little uncomfortable having people lined up behind me while I was eating but that's what you get when you get the worst table in the restaurant lol Scooters BBQ & Catering
