So loved my experience with young student Veronica. The staff was super helpful to my itchy scalp and recommended products for my over-treated keratine hair . Highly recommend people in Ventura and other places to visit Lu Ross ! Opposite Habit burger on Thomson :)

DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS SCHOOL. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. if i could leave zero stars, i would. i had a terrible experience during my time in the esthetician program, the staff is very unprofessional the equipment was broken and never clean. Multiple times when my teacher was not present, unannounced, and the school had no answers for us. leading us to miss out on a lot of teachings and when us students tried to speak up the teacher was very unfair. now present day i have been calling to try and schedule my state test and no answers PLUS the voicemail box is full. i have responsibilities and a job i cannot leave work and hope and pray someone will be there to assist me, i would call ahead but what do you know NO ANSWER EVER. very unprofessional and a waste of money, just trying to save yours too !!!!
