Grumpy impatient customer service when you call and inquire about making an appointment. Also it is hard to schedule pickup up won items due to their mandatory appointment and how they delegate your order to a particular employee. Do not expect to just show up and pick up. You must make an appointment and your days and times are first come first serve.

Great deals. 98% of the products are what they say. Wish the customer service wasnt so unfriendly and serious. It been 5 years.

Huge turn out! I wast sure about bidding here because all the bad reviews and negative comments about costumer service but my experience was great up until today! Claudia in particular has been great! Along with rest of staff ! I buy mostly whole sale items and sometimes need extra time or their equipment (pallet Jack, forklift,) to load, they always help! Even when they have a packed waiting area with costumers waiting! They go out their way to do previews on items you might want to bid on the next auction! Very happy I found this auction house and excellent costumer service! 5

BUYER BEWAREThey sell counterfeit merchandise and when they are confronted, they do nothing to rectify. Do not support this establishment.Update - they gave me a bidders credit for half the amount, which is better than nothing.
