Vuori

Just had my first Vuori experience this weekend and wow. First off, the quality is insane. I want to live in these clothes. Secondly, the customer service here is amazing! Diana and Ricky made me feel so welcome and were beyond patient / helpful with me. Diana helped pick out my outfits to try on and Ricky helped secure a top that he had to call multiple locations to find. I had such a great experience and only wish my entire wardrobe was from Vuori. Ha! Thank you so much.

When we first walked inside the people were so nice! They greeted us nicely and asked us if we needed anything in particular. The girl with the blonde hair with the black jacket was so kind! She helped us know specifically where the men section and where the female section would be.

I saw the previous negative reviews and was curious going into my experience. Just finished returning items and it was completely stemless. Every staff member was super friendly and professional. Thumbs up.

Their visual policy is to hide price / size tags in bras. I had a hard time taking them out of the bra cups and I didnt want to ruin the clothes so I wanted to ask staff to take them out for me. The lady saw me and knew I was quietly standing right in front of me to offer help first as she was chatting about some casual stuff with the other lady. She completely ignored me. A male staff member ended up helping me out kindly. I asked him why the tags were hiding. He said they dont know the reason either. Its just their visual policy.
