I never actually purchased a car, but I came close and had great experience. I worked with Neil, who was an outsanding salesman. Communication was great, and they did everything I asked. When I ultimately changed my mind on the purchase, they refunded the $500 wire deposit. I suspect most dealerships would not do this. I will definitely think of them in the future when I'm ready to buy a car.

You can read the full review on YELP. But I visited the lot 3 weeks ago to buy a 997, was shown another car that wasn't yet listed for sale. I was pleasantly surprised with this option that was proposed to me by the GM Randy. He told me that it would be about a week before it had all the necessary updates. We agreed on a price and were in constant cordial contact for 2.5 weeks about the ongoing updates to the car during this time; on my last 2 follow ups after nearly 3 weeks I was then abruptly ghosted without explanation on Monday, of this week. I decided to stop by the lot on Friday to see why I'd stop receiving messages and check on the status of the car I'd agreed to purchase with Randy. Randy was "busy" but I spoke with Gary, who proceeded to tell me that someone else was interested in the car I'd had a handshake deal with the GM on 3 weeks prior. I explained that I wasn't sure how that was possible and updated him on all the correspondence I'd had to date. He was confused but took my info and said he would contact me by EOD with an update on what was happening. I received a text last night that a personal friend of the owner had shown interest in the car I was buying and that if THAT deal fell through I could be contacted. I respectfully declined and would take my business elsewhere. On top of that, the car was in virtually the same condition I'd seen it in 3 weeks prior, so most of the updates I was being told happened to the car actually never happened. This place had a generally strong reputation and my experience was primarily positive until this week. This isn't the way to treat your customers and I'll be sure to let everyone I know, about my experience here. Hopefully, integrity, a mans word, and fair business practice will mean something in the future.
