I purchased a car here a few months ago and Pooya was great to work with. However, I called regarding an issue (broken taillight) with my car as I have a warranty and signed a document stating that they will fix/check my car within a certain mileage. When I reached out, a man answered and gaslighted me saying that my light was working prior to purchase which was false and I have proof. During my conversation, he was very rude, aggressive, and didn't allow me to speak. For a professional establishment, this is very unprofessional. Before I could even tell him my information, he shared with me that he will not help me and I never in my life received this kind of disrespect from a professional establishment in my life. I'm not sure how to spell his name but I believe it's Saniet. I'm still in disbelief by the kind of customer service that I just received and it is unnacceptable. Again, when Pooya helped me, he was very professional but the staff is where I draw the line.

It's difficult to review or rate a company that never answers its phone. Nor responds to emails. I've tried to contact this company multiple times over the course of several weeks and I have never gotten any response from them. I don't think they're even in business anymore. If they are, then they have terrible customer service. If it's this hard just to buy a car from them, how hard would it be if you had problems with it after buying it? Unfortunately I live several hours away from their location. Otherwise, I would drive over just to see if they still exist. But, even if they are still in operation, I doubt I would ever buy a car from such a non-responsive company.
