Its so hard to find a mechanic or body shop you can trust- But WOW Hero is like having a best friend who is taking care of you. After a bad experience elsewhere, Hero picked up our car, from Thousand Oaks with their flatbed tow truck (available 24/7), they identified the issue immediately and sent photos before and after, including the very specific oil that our car needed. My husband was beyond impressed. When we got the car we were told it was as good as it gets, in perfect condition, but Hero found a way to make it even better- it looks better, it runs better is it an odd thing to think I cant wait to bring my car in again? I just know its in caring expert hands. If you have a high end luxury European cars - trust that it will be cared for as if its their own. Theyre a sweet family who truly have a heart to deliver the best so you can drive the best.
