      We are sorry to hear about your long wait. Based on your review we cannot know if you waited for tires or alignment. We have 3 installers who are very reliable, fast and no customer ever waits that long for tires. However, if you waited for a front end alignment we were not aware of the wait. All the cars are being serviced in the order they arrive. There is no cutting in line. Although we wished you would've made us aware of the issue while you were here.If there is anything we can do to further assist you please don't hesitate to contact us.Thank you,Management
