COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. When an injured worker needs help from an state hired advocate,that is PAID TO ASSIST/ NOT "REPRESENT"but to ADVOCATE=TO SUPPORT OR RECOMMENDS A PARTICULAR CAUSE OR POLICY,they will send you someone that has either worked or served an insurance company and provide you with an inadequate case manager. For instance they had an individual that had worked with an insurance company, so when in a dispute in a court hearing,that individual will do his best to discredit your CLAIM in every POSSIBLE WAY. It might be different in other injured individuals cases, but not for me.Including the workers compensation injury court "JUDGE herself had given the insurance
company about 11 RESCHEDULINGS to prolong my awarded benefits that SHE HAD AWARDED ME IN 2018,and at one time she had been employed with that insurance company also and will do her darnedest ability to discredit your claim. For a complete injury to the lumbar that now had contaminated all through to the c-spine.WHERE IS THE JUSTICE? When your injury had happened in 2011,was AWARDED "FULL LIFE TIME MEDICAL"and then ALLOWING your attorney that had committed "PERJURY"by signing my name on his dismissal, and then granted his DISMISSAL from your case. "WHERE IS THE JUSTICE in that?????NOT WITH CALIFORNIA WORKERS COMPENSATION APPEALS DEVISION. NOT HERE.I honestly don't know how the LAW,STATE,FEDERAL,GOVERNMENT ALLOW SUCH DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOR.Where can an honest, hard working single parent get justice?When all FEDERAL,GOVERNMENT AGENCIES just sit and collect their paychecks. WHERE???I DONT KNOW HOW THEY SLEEP, KNOWING THEY ARE NOT BEING HONEST WITH THEIR OATHS TO PROVIDE AND PROTECT THE JUSTICE OF "LAW ".
