I recently received a facial from Lake Balboa Facials owner, Janell. It was a wonderful experience. I opted for the dermaplaning treatment and I was not disappointed. My skin looked and felt great. Janell takes her time in ensuring your spa experience exceeds your expectations. Her treatment room is spotless and she uses only high end quality products. Wow, what an incredible experience! So incredibly informative, relaxing, gentle and completely catered to me and my skin. I have struggled with acne and dry skin for as long as I can remember. Not only did I notice a drastic difference in my skin before and after my appointment, but it only got better in the days that followed. BEST FACIAL EVER Janell has such soothing, healing competent hands. She has many years experience & so much knowledge of skin types & treatments. I am a redhead in my 70s with Extremely dry thin skin which is very oversensitive & reactive which makes me wary of facials . Janell knew exactly what to do with my skin & as a result my skin is Glowing. It's healthier, calmer & properly hydrated & moisturized like it hasn't been in years THANK YOUU JANELL!!
