        Their hours are only 10am-2pm? For package pickup thats insane! And no weekends. Working 8-8 its impossible to get my stuff so I guess it will get sent back. And they are impossible to reach by phone.

        Their driver lied about delivery attempt 3 days in a row. I have photo proof that I open the door on the 3rd day to let her in and instead she said delivery failed

        The delivery person , came to my building put the notice, that he missed us , and left , he need my sign for my package, but he didnt call to my door! And they always do that!
