        Apparently this place works with KRC MGmt here in fresno. I moved out back in August last year and waited until today 03/14/2024 for my security deposit to get to me. So not only did it take forever to get it, but they sent me 2 different checks instead of one for the full amount. One check was dated from last year when I mived and the other in feb this year. Needless to say I couldn't cash either one them and I cant get them to issue a check to me to close this case out. Guess I'll see them in court

        They deserve 0 stars. Every time anyone in my apartment needs something fix they take forever and never communicate with you. Our electricity has been off for 8 days now and every time the electrician comes out the problem can never be solved because they half a** everything.
