Overland Plumbing's expertise was invaluable as I navigated through a set of quirky plumbing issues in my new home. The primary issue was a brand new tankless water heater, which turned out to be a propane model wrongly hooked up to natural gas. Kevin from Overland swiftly identified this potentially dangerous oversight, something that had been missed by two previous inspectors. Promptly diagnosing the issue with the manufacturer, Kevin texted me to warn of the safety risk and advised me to disconnect the unit. By the following morning, he'd confirmed the issue and had arranged for a replacement Navien heater suitable for natural gas. Not only did he get it quickly, but the price was also around 25% lower than another quote I'd received. Additionally, Kevin attended to some fixtures around the house that weren't installed correctly, adjusting them without charging extra. His commitment to top-notch service really stood out to me. We also had a persistent issue with a sewer smell in one of our bathrooms. It was a complex problem that had left several other plumbers from different companies puzzled. Despite initially being stumped on his visit mainly to install the heater, Kevin didn't give up. Eventually, he tracked down the causean uncapped vent pipe hidden behind the drywall. His smart approach saved me from tearing down the entire wall and resetting the toilets, as suggested by others. The whole plumbing experience turned into a bit of a saga, but Overland Plumbing, and Kevin in particular, really took the time to solve the problems and put my mind at ease. It felt genuine, efficient, and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

WD plumbing was referred by my warranty company, we told WD plumbing we had a leak in our downstairs bedroom from the foundation, WD plumbing showed up with out any test equipment looked at the leak from the foundation we told em about , they did not use any equipment to verify where the leak was coming from (hot or cold side ). Technician looked at bedroom foundation for five minutes and left our home, we asked the warranty company for the diagnostic report, WD plumbing performed , WD plumbing did not have a report but charged $55.00 for diagnosis. We needed WD plumbing to issue a report for homeowners insurance, they refused to answer phones and emails, I had to drive 50 miles to the their place of business, asked for diagnostic & estimate for repair they typed something on a piece of paper and handed it to me I explained that my insurance company wouldnt accept that ( I couldve typed that)after an hour of going back & forth they copied & pasted what they wrote onto there companys invoice I turned it into my insurance company, insurance company said it was insufficient insurance company needed diagnostics & estimate for repair. Insurance company called & sent emails no reply. Drove back down to there place of business spoke to the owner he advised he would not give an invoice stating what diagnosis & estimate of repairs would be needed or how they diagnosed it. I would definitely not use this company total scammers wouldve given zero stars if I could, very rude & arrogant refuses to communicate with insurance companies or customers answer phone calls or emails, its a damn shame I had to physically drive 100 miles round trip to get the worthless paperwork they gave me because they refused to answer phone calls or emails, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAMMERS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE !

The best plumbing company I ever experienced. Sky arrived on time, was professional, explained all. Came back when issue arose with no hesitation and fixed it. Communication was fantastic.
