Ordered a 6-pack of breakaway mugs. They packaged them super well. However, even so 2 of the 6 didn't survive shipping. Which is going to happen, they're designed to do that. I submitted a claim in the afternoon and they had a new order for the 2 broken mugs within a few hours. Excellent customer service and the mugs work great!

Durable but safe rubber prop products that last a long time (and a lot of takes) with some customer service that can't be beat. JT at the counter comes in clutch with the helpful attitude and suggestions.

do not recommend at all! called on wednesday to have breakaway glass shipped to NYC by saturday. they advised it could be done and i paid about $120 for shipping. i paid the invoice within the hour. friday, the day before im suppose to receive the glass, they email and say its not gonna cost an extra $212 to get it to me by tomorrow. they completely ruined my shoot because now i have no time to get new glass in time for saturday and if they had been upfront bout the cost on wednesday, i would have found another option because they were not the only company i found that had what i needed. horrible!

Some of the worst quality props I have ever seen. They are making weapons that look worse than a low end kids toy, and are selling them at a high price, then not accepting returns. BEWARE of this company and their bad practices.

We are very sorry we could not meet your desired shipping deadline within the originally quoted ground price. We understand how critical timely delivery is, especially in the entertainment industry. We deeply regret the inconvenience and stress this caused for your shoot. We promptly refunded your order in full. The time to fabricate required production up until Friday afternoon. Once the fragile breakaway glass was packaged and crated, we submitted the dimensions and weight to the shipping software. Since the you asked for the shipment to be delivered by Saturday, the shipping cost is very high to do a very large UPS Next Day Air with Saturday Delivery shipment. That cost is not ours but is set by the shipping carrier. In the future, if we have more time, we can select more cost-efficient methods. Our team worked diligently to prepare your order for shipment. However, the unexpected shipping costs were a result of the urgency of the delivery, not our pricing. Going forward, we will ensure a more thorough review of such last-minute custom orders to prevent similar situations. This experience has been a learning opportunity, and we are committed to improving our processes to better serve our customers.
