Ive turned to the pharmacists here twice when I had a reaction to my medications and was unable to reach my doctor. Both times they were extremely helpful, compassionate and informative. Grateful that this is my neighbourhood pharmacy.

If this sad excuse for a pharmacy wasn't the only place my insurance plan covered, I'd never step foot into one of their stores again. The pharmacy staff are always frustrated and in a rush when speaking to patients over the phone and that's only the least messed up thing about them. Different Walgreens pharmacy locations have very differing rules on dispensing medications especially when it comes to controlled substances. Closely monitoring the dispensing of certain meds is completely understandable but when you get different answers literally every single time you call even if it's the same location can be a bit frustrating when your dealing with something like epilepsy and all your trying to do is plan ahead and have at least 1 or 2 days of extra meds for emergencies. One month it'll be okay, the next I'm running short because they "changed their dispensing policy from 4 days early to 1 day early. " Avoid Walgreens at all cost if and when possible you'll thank me later.
