All Pro is a reliable and quality dog grooming service. We bring in our poodle mix dog and he does a great job with her, she always comes back to us clean and happy.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I do not recommend this groomer and would like to warn other pet parents who love their pups to avoid this place at all costs. We trusted him with our perfectly healthy fur baby because he said he would be able to cut his nails using a cone. Our pup does not like his nails trimmed. When we arrived to pick up our Louie he angrily said your dog tried to bite me. That was a response filled with guilt, as we realized later in the day, he hurt our Louie. The groomer must have squeezed his back too tight in response to our dog trying to bite him, or held him down too aggressively, because we ended up in the ER that night after he began loosing movement to his rear legs. He required emergency surgery and had 3 swollen disks. He is now paralyzed and requires around the clock care. At first the groomer said he would help us with bills and after his insurance said they dont cover this type of incident he ghosted us. We went to visit him with Louie to ask for financial assistance again and he looked at our dog in a diaper and paralyzed and said I am not an emotional person. This groomer was negligent in caring for our our fur baby while in his establishment, he broke his promise to assist us financially, and our lives have changed forever. Not only did this one visit cost us thousands, and continues to cost us, but it changed our fur babys life forever. We do not wish this on anyone so wanted to warn others by letting them know what happened to us and how this unemotional and negligent groomer treated us.
